Where is Sanibel?

From US 41 Southbound: Go south until Gladiolus Drive in Fort Myers. Take a right, and stay on Gladiolus for 1.2 miles, then merge onto Summerlin Boad via the ramp on the left. Continue 8.2 miles until you come to the Sanibel Causeway Toll Booth (the road will merge into McGregor Blvd). See “From the Causeway” below.

From US 41 Northbound: Go north until Gladiolus Drive in Fort Myers. Take a left, and stay on Gladiolus for 1.2 miles, then merge onto Summerlin Boad via the ramp on the left. From Cape Coral: Take the Cape Coral Bridge into Fort Myers, and take the first exit right onto McGregor Blvd. Go 3.6 miles, then take a right on McGregor at County Hwy 865 to stay on McGregor Blvd. Continue another 2.7 miles, then take another right to stay on McGregor Blvd/County Rd 867. Continue 1.9 miles until you come to the Sanibel Causeway Toll Booth. See “From the Causeway” below.

From the Causeway Toll Booth: The toll is $6 (one way only) and can be paid via cash or through your Leeway or Sunpass transponder. Once on the causeway, continue for 3.5 miles before turning right at the first stop sign onto Periwinkle Way, the main thoroughfare on Sanibel Island. Continue for 2.2 miles until you see the Sanibel Community Center where the Sanibel-Captiva Lions Club Art Event is held. Parking will be on your right, on Dunlop Rd and  in the parking area of the Schoolhouse Theater. Lions Club Volunteers will be there to guide you into the parking lot and into the Art Event.
